Today's 25 letters are everyone's 25 letters. Press a letter and drag through its neighbors (diagonals count) to spell a real word of 3 letters or more, then release to play it. The letters vanish and the rest fall. Longer words are worth far more: 3→3, 4→5, 5→7, 6→9, 7→12, 8→15, 9+→21.

Turning the board rotates everything 90°, then gravity pulls the letters to the new floor. Use it to rescue stranded letters or line up a long word. Clear all 25 for the +10 sweep, or bank your score when the board has nothing left to give. Every letter left behind costs you 1 point, so leaving nothing behind is its own reward. Short words are easy points, but every letter you spend is a letter that can't be part of a bigger word.
